I am a first generation American of Spanish/Cuban blood. Raised in Spain, fluent in four languages and used to not fitting in. At a young age I decided there would always be someone who did not like me, be it for my ethnicity, looks, whatever. Gave me the freedom to be me and make friends of all different flavors.
As a yoga teacher to seniors and a stress management coach, I bring my unique spiritual view of living  in this messed up world.  
I am eternally pissed off at some level for being sent back here, thought I was done. But you got to take the hit as a gift, so I channel that bitchy wounded warrior soul into healing others.
